1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lit365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lit365 website located at https://lit365.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating a lit365 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the lit365 platform and close your account.

This Agreement supplements any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published by lit365 from time to time. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and supplementary rules, the supplementary rules shall prevail with respect to the specific subject matter they address, and this Agreement shall govern all other matters.

2 Eligibility

Access to lit365 and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by scripts or bots are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of lit365 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from lit365 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gaming operator or regulatory body.

lit365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lit365 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active lit365 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

lit365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing any withdrawal or as otherwise determined by the platform's risk assessment procedures, you will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, Philippine national ID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by lit365 for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your lit365 account. You must notify lit365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. lit365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on lit365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• GCash (real-time processing)
• PayMaya (real-time processing)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• Visa debit and credit cards
• Mastercard debit and credit cards

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. lit365 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

Deposited funds are held in accounts separate from lit365's operational funds. lit365 does not pay interest on player account balances.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or is otherwise verified as belonging to the account holder. lit365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed identity verification will be unable to initiate a withdrawal until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, commencing from the point at which lit365 approves the withdrawal request:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Visa and Mastercard: three (3) to five (5) banking days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

lit365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers the platform's internal risk assessment thresholds. In such cases, processing time may be extended until satisfactory documentation is received.

5.2 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 6 of these Terms. Only real-money balances that have been fully cleared of any wagering obligation may be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lit365 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the respective promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus or associated winnings can be made.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum permitted bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• lit365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a player's bonus, or void winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the lit365 platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to minimum deposit requirements and the wagering conditions published with the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a lit365 account under any name or payment method.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the lit365 platform operate according to published rules specific to each game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. lit365 does not manipulate, interfere with, or override RNG outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, lit365 will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. Where resolution is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the player's account. lit365's decision on the resolution of disputed game rounds is final, subject to the complaint resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or bonus rounds. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the game or on the game information page. Any winnings exceeding a published maximum win cap will be reduced to the stated maximum amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lit365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account on the lit365 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches for monetary gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered from the player's account.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at lit365 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

lit365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them to the amount of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) week and five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lit365 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and interface design, is the exclusive property of lit365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lit365 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform without prior written consent from lit365.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used on the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content.
• Using the lit365 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of lit365 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by lit365.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lit365 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or cyberattacks beyond lit365's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome predictions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits lit365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or for any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lit365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service provided on the platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

lit365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the lit365 Privacy Policy.

lit365 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Player data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC service providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or as necessary for the operation of the platform.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by lit365, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

13 Amendments to These Terms

lit365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at https://lit365.net/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting the lit365 support team. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at that time, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the lit365 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the lit365 support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute. lit365 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within three (3) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of all relevant information.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. lit365 will review server-side game logs and, where necessary, the records of the relevant game provider. The outcome of this review is final and binding.
